April 25th to 28th, 2024
Location: Palma Yacht Show – Mooring 433, Moll Vell, Palma de Mallorca

Advanced Yachts begins the 2024 Boat Show season with an Advanced A80 on display at Palma Yacht Show.
Advanced Yachts will display the luxurious bluewater cruiser, and dominant thoroughbred racer the Advanced A80 in Palma. This yacht is renowned for performance in all weather conditions – truly excelling at covering distances in light winds, and we suggest you view the powerful rig, helming positions, and robust equipment found on deck to appreciate the Advanced Yachts approach to sailing with speed and safety.

The yacht on display shows the popular and expansive owners suite aft layout (other layouts are available) and features a light and airy bleached oak interior with our signature coachroof with glass superstructure. In this layout the owner’s suite has dry heads and shower room with an island bed in a master cabin that stretches across the full beam of the boat. The owner suite is designed to deliver cruising serenity – being appointed with two sofas, full height wardrobe, and a vanity/computer desk. With owners quietly isolated from the engines and far from the crew services area, this is a truly idyllic cruising layout and a must-see.

Cruising practicality abounds on the Advanced A80 we will show in Palma – particularly embodied by the safe and spacious swim platform and the transom garage for tender and toys. To appreciate the elegance and spaciousness of the saloon, cockpit and deck areas it must be seen to be believed. The boat show runs from 10am to 8pm every day from April 25th to 28th. The show location is near the centre of Palma at Moll Vell – but please do contact us to help arrange your visit aboard the A80 and ensure you have time aboard to soak up its ambience.

We look forward to welcoming you on board.

1st-3rd June 2023
151 Miglia-Trofeo Cetilar

Between June 1st and 3rd, over 200 vessels competed in the ORC and IRC categories. Alongside the professionally crewed racing boats, numerous well-prepared vessels with determined crews took part in the challenge.
The race unfolded from Livorno to Marina di Pisa, Corsica, Isola d’Elba, culminating at Punta Ala. Throughout the journey, the teams faced light breezes, calm conditions, and unpredictable wind shifts.
The 19-members crew of Advanced A80 Showed excellent teamwork and secured a remarkable 5th place out of the 138 boats in the highly competitive ORC category.
The weather conditions made it quite demanding to sail the boat, but it consistently maintained a good pace, even in the lightest winds.
This undeniably positive performance marks a promising debut for Advanced A80, and we are determined to build on this success in the upcoming events.
Congratulations to the whole team!

SALT cast off on her maiden voyage from the Port of Pesaro with her owner, two friends and one of our captains on board. She then sailed for Brindisi, continuing on towards Santa Maria di Leuca at the very tip of Puglia. From there, she made her way through the Strait of Messina and then skirted the Aeolian Islands in the direction of Cagliari.

Having left Sardinian waters, SALT finally headed to Palma where she arrived a few days ago.

She enjoyed six days of good but at times very demanding weather conditions. The wind was almost always downwind and SALT maintained a very high average speed, often making 17/18 knots and sometimes exceeding 20 knots. The passage was an excellent test and confirmed the Advanced A66s’s seaworthiness.

The boat is now moored in Palma where she will attend the Palma Boat Show, which runs from April 28th until May 1st.
